My health journey started in my midlife years when I wanted to feel like me again. I had raised my five children back to back while trying every new fad diet along the way. And after years of struggling with my weight, I knew there had to be a better way. Diet's just didn't work long term.

In my 40’s I found the gym, and within a couple of months, I was feeling healthier than I had in years. But was still frustrated with my body.

It wasn’t until I learned how to create a sustainable lifestyle while leveraging tools and mindset work that I was finally able to create a healthy relationship with food, and feel good in my body.

Since learning how to create this NEW NORMAL for myself I decided to create online programs for women over 40 who find themselves in the exact same position I was. I want women to see that creating real change in midlife doesn’t have to be complicated. I've spent 13 years training women in person and 3 years as a nutrition coach. I've combined these skills with my background in psychology for the win!

And because of my personal experiences, I am know that what works for women in midlife is not another diet or plan, but a sustainable healthy lifestyle that can be achieved by implementing a few simple habits consistently. I've seen how often women start to get the results they're looking for when they stop looking at the scale and start changing their habits!
