all you have to show for it is frustration and feeling like you must be the problem.

that allows you to get healthy, lose weight, and never have to “diet” again?
One size fits all is really just code for “this won’t work for most people.” Real women have real lives that include stress, hormones, social events, kids, grandkids, jobs, and a whole lot more. If a lifestyle doesn’t meet you where you are right now, it’s not going to take you anywhere worth going.
You’ve probably been told it’s just about eating less and moving more. But in your 40s and beyond, your hormones, metabolism, and energy are shifting. And no, you’re NOT broken. You just need a different approach that respects your phase of life (rather than working against it).
Lunch out with your girlfriends? Date nights with your husband? A weekend away with zero tracking? Most diets make you feel like you’re falling off the wagon anytime you live your life. I know it’s a wild concept, but what if your plan made space for both?
My health journey started in my midlife years when I wanted to feel like me again. I had raised my five children back to back while trying every new fad diet along the way. And after years of struggling with my weight, I knew there had to be a better way.
In my 40’s I found the gym, and within a couple of months, I was feeling healthier than I had in years. But the weight still wouldn’t budge.
It wasn’t until I learned how to create a sustainable lifestyle while leveraging tools and mindset work that I was finally able to lose weight, create a healthy relationship with food, and feel good in my own body.
Since learning how to create this lifestyle for myself (while also trying expensive programs that didn’t offer ANY individual support) I decided to create online programs for women over 40 who find themselves in the exact same position I was. I wanted women to see that creating real change in midlife doesn’t have to be complicated, which led me to become an online nutrition coach. With 13 years in the fitness space, I combined them for the win!
And because of my lived experience, I am NOT one of those “trendy” coaches or one who throws women into those all-or-nothing type of programs. I see the bigger picture because I know that every single woman’s journey, goals, and health markers need individualized attention.
