I know that every single woman’s journey and goals are different, so even in a group setting, I help create an individual path designed to work for YOU.

While your weight is a marker we will be tracking, we’ll also be tracking REAL progress - how strong you feel, how much more energy you have, and how your clothes are fitting. There are some lessons in the fitness plans that cover basic nutrition and hydration as it relates to your fitness goals.
Yes, you have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time but I do recommend a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. Please be aware that cancellations require a one-week notice prior to your next auto draft. Your monthly payment is deducted on the same date you initially signed up. For instance, if you joined on the 4th, subsequent payments will also be deducted on the 4th of each month.
