The F3 Coaching Difference

As a certified nutrition and personal trainer, my philosophy is rooted in creating a sustainable lifestyle that exclusively serves midlife and menopausal women.

When I was first learning how to get healthy, I learned that there is a massive gap in the industry when it comes to helping women over 40 lose weight and get healthy. What works for women in their 20s simply does NOT work for midlife women.

You’ll even get access to a 3D scan that shows the real changes in your body composition! Weight is one data point, but it’s not the entire story of your overall health.
