I get it, I’ve been there. I’ve tried all the diets, followed all the rules, counted all the calories and did all the workouts. I struggled with self-esteem and confidence. The diet mindset had me trapped. Whenever I came “off the plan”, the results didn’t stick around. In my 40s, it got even harder! What used to work, was no longer working. I realize I need to focus on healthy aging and longevity.
I decided NO MORE! No more diets, no more guilt and shame. I knew I needed a different approach. So, 12 years ago, I went on a journey to become a certified nutrition &, fitness coach and mindset specialist.
I learned that with small, manageable, consistent habit changes in the areas of food, fitness and focus, I can see results and have lasting success! I will be in the game as I age, not sitting on the sidelines. When I stopped focusing on weight loss, I started to see change!
