What if I have dietary restrictions?

You are not required to eat any specific foods since this is not a diet. I can help you work with your dietary restrictions to achieve healthy, balance choices.

Will I have to count calories?

Tracking calories is a helpful tool, but are not required to track everything you eat long term. I will teach you tips and tricks to control calories without tracking forever.

Can you guarantee weight loss?

I cannot guarantee weight loss. We will focus on sustainable, healthy habits that promote weight loss. Your dieting history, medical history, and consistency with new habits all play a role in how your body will respond or on what time line.

Am I required to do your workouts?

No, we will work together to find the perfect fit for you. If you have a fitness plan you love, you can continue doing that but with added support and accountability..

Do I need a gym membership to do the workouts?

You do not need a gym membership to do the programmed workouts, however, you could do them at the gym. They are designed to set you up for success at home.

What equipment do I need?

F3: FIT IN 15: You will need dumbbells of various sizes and you can use bands for some movement if you have them.F3: FIT START & STABILITY: You will need an exercise ball (stability ball) and dumbbells of various sizes.An exercise mat is helpful for several of the movements. you will do.

How long do the workouts take?

F3: FIT IN 15 will take about 15 minutes a day, six days a week but can be combined to workout fewer days a week for longer sessions.F3: FIT START & STABILITY will take 20-30 minutes 4 days a week.These time are approximate based on your fitness history and experience.

What if I can't do a movement?

The beauty of having a coach in your pocket is that I can help you substitute or modify any movement that is too difficult or inappropriate (due to mobility, balance, or prevous injury). I can set you up for success right where you are.

Is there any nutrition support with the Unlimited Fitness Membership?

There are some lessons in the fitness plans that cover basic nutrition as it relates to your fitness goals.

Can I cancel a membership at any time?

Yes, you have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time but I do recommend a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. Please be aware that cancellations require a two-week notice prior to your next auto draft. Your monthly payment is deducted on the same date you initially signed up. For instance, if you joined on the 4th, subsequent payments will also be deducted on the 4th of each month.
